Choice of 2 meats (5 lbs): pollo asado, carne asada, carnitas, or beef birria, 2 dozen tortillas (corn or flour), 32 oz rice, 32 oz refried beans, 1 tray tortilla chips, and choice of salsa (mild, medium, or hot).

Choice of 2 meats (10 lbs): pollo asado, carne asada, carnitas, or beef birria, 4 dozen tortillas (corn or flour), 1 tray rice, 1 tray refried beans, 2 trays tortilla chips, 1 pizza quesadilla served with sour cream, and choice of salsa (mild, medium, or hot).

Choice of 4 meats (20 lbs): pollo asado, carne asada, carnitas, or beef birria, 8 dozen tortillas (corn or flour), 2 trays rice, 2 trays refried beans, 3 trays tortilla chips, 3 pizza quesadillas served with sour cream, and choice of salsa (mild, medium, or hot).

Serves 8-10 with choice of 1 meat: pollo asado, carne asada, or beef birria, served with sour cream.

Served with ketchup and ranch.
